Questions worth asking
What happens to my Squarespace subscription and domain?
Your Squarespace subscription keeps billing until you cancel it, and we tell you exactly when it is safe to. Your domain moves with a DNS change, not a transfer, so your email keeps working and there is no gap.
Will my Google rankings survive?
That is what the 301 redirects are for. Every old URL, from products and collections to blog posts, points at its new home from the first minute, so the ranking signals your old URLs earned carry across.
How long is my store down?
Zero. The cutover is a DNS change, and your old store keeps taking orders right up to it. We schedule it for the quietest hour in your timezone.
What do you need from me?
Admin access to your current store, your domain registrar login or a DNS record we can dictate, and about an hour of your time to click through the preview and approve it.
What about my apps?
The audit maps every app on your current store to a Shopify equivalent, and tells you which have no counterpart before you commit. App subscriptions themselves are not included in the price.
What if I have more than 5,000 products?
That is the Beyond tier. It is still a fixed price. The audit works out the number, and you see it before anything starts.
Do you work with US stores?
Yes. Most of our migrations are US stores. We schedule the cutover in your quiet hours, not ours.
